Incontinence Supplies.
These supplies assist with bowel and bladder management and skin integrity which are necessary to avoid institutionalization. A signed physician's order certifying medical necessity for the incontinence supply is required.
Medication Dispensing Box.
Medication Dispensing Box assists the CAP/DA beneficiary in knowing when to take their medication. A physician’s order is not required for a medication dispensing box.
